How to read a birth-chart comparison responsibly
Use a side-by-side Big Three comparison as an entertainment exercise, with clear limits on what the result can mean.
Prepare each person’s details separately
Each birth record needs its own date, time, coordinates and historical UTC offset. Do not reuse one person’s offset or birthplace for the other unless it is actually appropriate. Ask permission before saving another person’s personal birth details on a shared device.
Understand what is compared
This implementation compares the two people’s Sun, Moon and Rising placements using astrological element groupings. It is not a full synastry calculation. Its labels are a simplified entertainment framework, not a measured relationship outcome.
Compare the example
What this comparison can and cannot establish
| Output or feature | Useful for | Does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Side-by-side placements | Checking the entered records | A person’s character |
| Element groupings | Entertainment and reflection | Relationship success |
| Identical-input check | Checking calculation consistency | Scientific validity of astrology |
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways if needed.
Try this in the calculator
Enter the same valid record on both sides as a consistency exercise, then check that corresponding placements match. Use this only to test input handling, not to infer compatibility.
Try the example ↗Use a simple checking exercise
As a consistency check, enter the same valid birth record in both sides. The corresponding placements should match because the inputs are identical. This checks the calculation setup; it does not prove that people with matching placements are more compatible.
Avoid turning labels into predictions
An element match or difference does not establish communication quality, trust, safety or long-term suitability. Those questions require attention to people’s actual behaviour and circumstances. Do not use this comparison to decide whether to begin or end a relationship.
Save carefully, if at all
If you choose Save scenario, the inputs stay in this browser’s local database until removed. Exported backups contain the saved details too. Use neutral scenario names, avoid unnecessary personal information, and clear saved records on a shared device when you finish.
